I am a senior faculty member in the Department of Industrial Engineering and Management. In my research, I examine the impact of technologies on various organizational and social phenomena. I study the changing nature of organizations in the digital era, with a focus on Human Resource Analytics, organizational design and the changing nature of work. I conduct field research and consulting in a variety of organizational settings. Current projects include Human Resource analytics, turnover forecasting, career moves detection in online labor markets and post-COVID-19 organizational transformation.

Research Overview

I study the changing nature of organizations and employees in the digital era, with a focus on Human Resource Analytics, organizational design and the changing nature of work. I conduct field research and consulting in a variety of organizational settings. Current projects include Human Resource Analytics, turnover forecasting, career moves detection and forecasting in on-line labor markets and COVID-19 organizational implications.
